TU Golf Outing Information

The Cincinnati Tuskegee Alumni Club (aka CTAC), operates with a spirit of Excellence and this event is no exception. 

• We are working hard to bring you an experience that will be fun, and go beyond just being another golf outing. 

• We want our seasoned golfers, as well as our golf beginners, to have a good time. 

Agenda for the Day

• 6-7:30am - Setup, Music on the Front lawn

• 7:30-8:45am - Golfers start arriving, Registration Begins, Raffle tickets and all other games. Coffee & Snacks available.

• 8:45am - Everyone to their carts for the Welcome and Rules Review

• 9:00am - Big Send Off!!!  SHOTGUN START!!! All Golfers to the course to start playing golf

Patio now available to guests. Music and socializing.

• 11:30-1:00pm - Lunch open for Volunteers

• 1:00 pm - Lunch open to all

• 2-2:30pm - All golfers finish and turn in your scorecards

• 3:00pm - Awards and presentations

• 4:00pm - Close out.

Bag Help:

Our volunteers will be helping with bags. We will focus on our ladies and our senior golfers. Please park as normal and get your bags out of your vehicle. We will do our best to get to you and take your bags to the cart area. 

FLIGHTS (GROUPS) FOR THE OUTING

We have 5 flights that will be recognized for the outing:

• Ladies

• Men

• Mixed

• Seniors

• Newbies/Recreational - We've introduced this flight due to the number of newer players that participate in the outing. 

RULES

FORMAT - Scramble or Best Ball

FORWARD TEES - Newbies, Ladies and Seniors are allowed to use the forward tees.

MAXIMUM number of shots per hole (one over) - Bogey max

MAXIMUM number of putts per hole (2 putts max)

TARGET TIME per hole (Under 20 mins per hole) 

• (Please note that if we observe a very slow group, we will request that you pick up and move to the next hole in order to keep play moving. )

LONGEST DRIVE

• Ball must be in the fairway

• Place marker at the spot and write down your name

CLOSEST TO THE PIN - Record your name and distance on the marker then place at the spot.

MULLIGANS – Mulligans will be sold, but there will be a maximum of 4 per team
